G\u00eanero e Religi\u00e3o (PGR) \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o interinstitucional que buscaoportunizar a reflex\u00e3o e a\u00e7\u00e3o sobre quest\u00f5es de g\u00eanero e religi\u00e3o nos diversos setores, cursos e atividades na Faculdades EST e na rela\u00e7\u00e3o com outras Institui\u00e7\u00f5es de Ensino, igrejas e religi\u00f5es, movimentos sociais e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da sociedade civil, administra\u00e7\u00f5es e gestores e gestoras de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas.<\/p>\n<p>O PGR-EST \u00e9 um espa\u00e7o articulador das lutas hist\u00f3ricas dos movimentos de mulheres, de maneira especial no campo da Teologia, mas, simultaneamente, desde uma perspectiva interdisciplinar e considerando os diversos entrecruzamentos de perten\u00e7a social de maneira ampla, incluindo ra\u00e7a\/etnia, classe social, sexualidade, gera\u00e7\u00e3o, defici\u00eancia, entre outros.<\/p>\n<p>O PGR-EST desenvolve suas a\u00e7\u00f5es incorporando as teorias de g\u00eanero como instrumental de an\u00e1lise e cr\u00edtica das desigualdades sociais, capaz de evidenci\u00e1-las nas rela\u00e7\u00f5es cotidianas e nas formas de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de conhecimento, atuando como agente de transforma\u00e7\u00e3o a partir do di\u00e1logo com diversos setores sociais, tendo como meta maior a constru\u00e7\u00e3o de rela\u00e7\u00f5es sociais justas e
